OBJECTIVES WE HAVE SET OURSELVSE ARE:
- Annual production of 3,000,000 starter batteries, 1,700,000 industrial elements and 1 GWh lithium batteries;
- Pursue the development of leading global companies and introduce new sustainable technologies and products in the field of lead-acid and lithium batteries:
- Optimize the consumption of energy and waste per product unit;
- Incorporate sustainability throughout the product lifecycle;
- Reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and impact on the environment;
- Increase sustainable resources and percentage of renewable energy;
- Increase the energy efficiency of work processes;
- Use the best available technology (BAT) in complying with the requirements of the environmental permit;
- To prevent damage and injuries in the workplace on the basis of a risk assessment and constant hazard identification;
- To meet all the requirement of safety and health at work about maximum permissible value of Pb in the blood of the employees: 200 μg/l for women and 300 μg/l for men;
- Make a sufficient profit for the long-term successful operation of the Company;
